Kırkpınar trademark is developed by Gruppo Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş. to gather under a single roof, all different brands it has created in food&beverage sector.

Gruppo carried out a research examining the requirements in food&beverage sector in Turkey and determined that there was no Turkish Cuisine Restaurant chain operating under the roof of a reliable corporation, making production that complies with specific standards and offers services to consumer at affordable prices. In this regard, to provide the best product and service to the market, an R&D study was made searching for one-year, throughout Anatolia, for the main elements of Turkish Cuisine; highest quality meat, highest quality meatball, most delicious yogurt. These searches led Gruppo to Edirne region.

Thereby we found the most delicious and highest quality Thracian meat at Kırkpınar region and then we hired chef cooks that are the masters of Turkish Cuisine and enriched our menu with other local products, and we installed the technological infrastructure to comply with hygiene, taste and health standards in order to adopt conventional preferences to present conditions.

Mission

Our first long-term goal is to be the best managed restaurant chain in dine out food & beverage sector of Turkey, ensuring the chain grows in the healthiest way possible and to become a national brand present at 50 locations within 10 years. To open branches outside the country after reinforcing our position in Turkey and to be present at minimum 100 locations through restaurants either we operate or give as franchise.

Everything you eat at Kırkpınar is made of additive-free, natural ingredients. While preparing our food we NEVER use unhealthy additives, preservatives, stabilizers, coloring agents and synthetic sweeteners.

FRESH-NATURAL 

We always use fresh vegetables and fruits. We don’t keep any canned products, glucose, corn syrup, artificial flavored broth, and artificial sweeteners at our kitchens.

NO SHELF LIFE

Kırkpınar tastes are totally free from additives that ensure long shelf life! So everything is prepared and consumed daily.

LIGHT

We only use olive oil and sunflower seed oil to cook healthier and lighter dishes. We do not use unhealthy trans fats, margarine and solid animal fats.

COOKED HEALTHY 

We do not use old methods like roasting at high heat; we cook our dishes in steam ovens with low-fat. Thereby we prepare lighter products preserving its nutritional value without compromising its taste.

LOCAL and HIGH QUALITY

We do not use imported meat, soy bean added cheese and milk products.
